How to Copy Ticket Message

To copy the ticket message, follow the given steps:
- Go to the Ticket module and open the specific ticket containing the comment you wish to copy.
- Locate the comment section within the ticket.
- Click the copy icon on the right side of the comment section to copy the ticket message.
The copy option will not be available for deleted or suspicious comments. The copy option copies only the ticket comments/notes, including images and tables, but does not include attachments added in the comments.
