Using Embeddable Web forms or Web widgets

You can integrate BoldDesk on your website to raise tickets directly without having to log in to the BoldDesk portal. This can be achieved by embedding the web forms and widgets onto your website.

Requesters will receive email notifications upon ticket creation, and end users can follow up and reply to the tickets via email. Moreover, you also have the option to enable the Knowledge Base on the widget and web forms embedded; explore more on How to Enable Knowledge Base in Web Form.

There is also an option to include ticket fields in the widgets and web forms. Please see more on How to add custom field to the webform or widget.
