How to Add, Remove, or Cancel an Approver from a Ticket

Follow the given steps to add, remove, or cancel an approver from a ticket:
- Open any ticket with an approval request and navigate to the Approvals tab.
- Click the Add Approver button to open the approver dialog box.
- To add approvers, search and select the approvers and click the Add button.
- To open the Remove approver dialog box, click the icon as shown below.
You can post your comment and remove the approver in the request.
