How to Add an External Website Link to a Contact

The users can add external web links to contact, serving as a reference point for them. For example, adding a link to a CRM profile of a user or a LinkedIn profile link.

Steps to add a web link

Follow the given steps to add a web link to a contact:

1. Open the contact where you want to add the web link and find the web links in the Links tab.

2. Click Add Link and input the display text and URL and then click the Add button to add a web link.

The added web links will be listed below the Links tab.
