Deleting a Comment from an Activity

To delete a comment from an activity, follow the given steps:
- Click the Activities module and select the activity from which you want to delete a comment. Reach the activity detail page in the comments section.
- Click the More options menu and select Delete. A confirmation dialog will appear.
- Click Yes or Delete.
Note: The agent can only delete their comment; they cannot delete other agents’ comments.
