Managing agent count in your BoldDesk subscription is simple and flexible. This guide explains how to add or reduce agents in your current plan, update billing details, and ensure your support team scales efficiently. Follow these steps to keep your subscription aligned with your business needs.

Steps to Add Agents Count

Follow the steps below;

  1. Navigate to Billing Settings
    Go to Admin → Billing and Subscription.

  2. Access Plan Details
    Under your plan details, click Add Agents next to No. of agents.

  3. Update Agent Count
    Increase the number of agents and click Continue.

  4. Complete Payment
    In the payment section, click Update to finalize the plan update.

Reducing the Number of Agents Count

To reduce the agents count:

  2. Then follow the same steps above to update your plan.

  • If you deactivate agents without lowering the number of agents in your billing and subscription, you will continue to be charged for the deactivated agents until the agent count is reduced to the number you intend to pay for. Moreover, if you pay for a specific number of agents, you will be billed for that number regardless of whether you use fewer agents.
