Can I reactivate my BoldDesk subscription after canceling?
No, you cannot reactivate your subscription. Please contact BoldDesk support to reactivate your cancelled account within 30 days after cancellation for an active account and 7 days for a trial account, as it will be deleted thereafter. -
Will my account data be retained after cancellation?
No, BoldDesk retains your data until before the account is scheduled for deletion. Once it is deleted, the entire account will be permanently lost, but you may create a new one using the same information (email and domain). -
Can any agent cancel the subscription?
No. Only agents who have the Manage billing and subscription permission are authorised to cancel a BoldDesk subscription. -
