How to cancel Your BoldDesk Subscription

To cancel your BoldDesk subscription, follow the given steps.

  1. Navigate to the Admin Center.
  2. Select the Billing and Subscription option.

  1. On the Billing and Subscription page, click the Cancel Subscription option at the bottom-right corner.

  1. In the confirmation pop-up window, click the Continue button to finalize the cancellation of your subscription.

If a subscription is canceled, the cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
