How To Restrict Unauthorized User Email To Ticket Creation


To avoid creating tickets using emails from unauthorized outside users when using internal
systems, follow the given step to restrict unauthorized inbound Emails:

  1. Go to Admin > Support Emails > Configurations.
  2. Enable the “Restrict Unauthorized Inbound Emails”
  3. When you enable this option, emails from external users will be marked as suspended. You can review such tickets and restore them if necessary. Refer to this article for further information on managing suspended tickets.
