How can a new ticket be created without an email address of requester if only phone number is known
In BoldDesk, having an email address is required for creating an account. However, in cases where a customer’s email is unknown, an account can be created using only their phone number, with a workaround option available.
Create a contact using a dummy email address “phoneno@test.com”, e.g., 9898989898@test.com.
Please be advised that we have already blocked the sending of emails from test.com. If you use a different domain other than test.com, there is a chance that your outgoing email may be blocked due to Email bounce.
