Convert Ticket Reply to Article

In BoldDesk, you can convert a ticket reply to an article by using the Convert to an Article option. It helps to directly create articles with reply content.

Follow the steps below to convert a ticket reply to an article:
- Click the Ticket Module on left side menu.
- Select any Ticket you want to create article about, from the ticket reply.
- Select any ticket reply and click the More option.
- You can select the Convert to an Article option.
- It will navigate to the Create Article page along with the Ticket reply content.
- In the Create Article page you can add Title, Category, and any other necessary fields to create article.
- Now the article will be successfully created.
