How to Enable or Disable Knowledge Base in Self-Service Portal?

In BoldDesk, you can configure the knowledge base settings for the self-service portal. You can enable the knowledge base after you create the necessary articles.
Follow the steps to enable or disable the knowledge base portal.
- Select the Admin module in left panel
- Choose the Customer Portal option in the Settings.
- Choose the Knowledge Base tab
- Select the Brand for which you want to configure the knowledge base for the self-service portal.
- Using this toggle button, you can enable or disable the knowledge base for the self-service portal.
