How to Enable or Disable Knowledge Base in Self-Service Portal?

In BoldDesk, you can configure the knowledge base settings for the self-service portal. You can enable the knowledge base after you create the necessary articles.

Follow the steps to enable or disable the knowledge base portal.

  1. Select the Admin module in left panel
  2. Choose the Customer Portal option in the Settings.
  3. Choose the Knowledge Base tab
  4. Select the Brand for which you want to configure the knowledge base for the self-service portal.

  1. Using this toggle button, you can enable or disable the knowledge base for the self-service portal.
