How to Delete Knowledge Base Articles

The articles in the knowledge base can be deleted by a user who has the delete permission.

Step-by-step guide to deleting the articles

Navigate to the KB (Knowledge Base) module on the left menu and choose any one of the given three ways to delete the articles:

1. An article listing page is available where you can view all the articles. On this page, select all articles from the Select All option at the top.

   Alternatively, you can manually check the boxes next to each article you wish to delete and then click the Delete option, as shown below.

2. On the Sections/Articles Listing page, you can use the Select All option at the top to select all articles or manually check the boxes next to each article you wish to delete and then click the Delete option.

3. On the Article Details page, open the article and select the Delete option at the top.

After clicking Delete, a confirmation dialog box will appear to ensure you want to proceed with the deletion, as shown below:

Click the Yes Delete button within the dialog box to delete the articles.
