How to Add a Personal Agent Signature

As an agent, you can include a personalized signature in all ticket comments and outgoing email notifications. The personalized signature can include text, images, and links.

If you have multiple brands, you can add a separate signature to each brand.

Adding a personal agent signature

To add a personal agent signature, follow the given steps:

  1. Go to the Personal Settings page and select the Signature tab.

  2. Choose the brand from the dropdown list.

  3. Add the signature for the selected brand. You can also insert a brand signature by using the brand placeholder.

  4. Click the Preview option to view the newly added signature.

Note: This signature will be automatically added whenever you open a ticket message or forward activity comment editor.

You can also set a default signature that applies to all brands.
