How to Hide Agent's Name and Email on Customer Portal

You can change the display names of the agents to prevent exposing their personal information like names and email addresses to customers.
When you modify the display name, the following will occur.
- Only the display names will be visible in the customer portal.
- The agents’ email addresses remain hidden by default.
Note: If an agent is added to the ticket’s CC, their email ID will be visible in the customer portal.
