Quick Previewing Tickets and Navigating to next or previous Tickets

For quickly previewing and navigating through the tickets, follow the given steps:
- Click the card view empty area on the ticket list page. The quick preview window appears.
- You can view and navigate the tickets back and forward using the Next/Previous navigation option.
