How to Enable or Disable KB Module in the Agent Portal

The knowledge base module of the agent portal can be enabled or disabled using roles and permissions. here, you can see how to enable or disable the knowledge base module in the agent portal.
- Select the Admin Module in the left panel.
- Select the Roles and Permissions in Users and Permissions section.
Enable/Disable KB
You can enable or disable the knowledge base module for the agent portal by Choosing any Custom Role or creating New Role. since you cannot change the default permissions for system roles.
To restrict access to the KB Module for certain agent roles, you can turn off the Knowledge Base in those roles. The agents will not be able to view the knowledge base module in the agent portal.
