How to Change an Article's URL

By default, the title of an article is converted into a slug and added to the article’s URL. If needed, a user can change the article’s slug to modify the URL.

For example:
If an article’s title is ‘How to change an article’s URL ’, the resulting KB article URL would be “{yourDomain}/kb/article/{articleId}/how-to-change-an-articles-url”

Steps to change an article’s URL:

1. Navigate to the KB module and select the article that you want to change the URL.
2. Click Edit option.

3. Click the Edit slug option under the article title.

4. Enter the desired slug in the dialog box as shown in the following screenshot and click Update.

Once the slug is edited, the article will be redirected to the new URL.
