How to Disable Single Sign-On in the Agent and Customer Portals

Follow the below steps to disable Single Sign-On in the agent and customer portals.

In the agent portal

  1. Go to the Admin > Agent Portal > Login.
  2. Disable the Toggle buttons as shown in below screenshot to disable the SSO in the agent portal.

The SSO disable process for the customer portal is similar to the one for the agent portal.
