How to remove the “Powered by BoldDesk” branding

The “Powered by BoldDesk” branding is present in the Customer or End User Portal and Live Chat footer by default.

Follow the given steps to remove the branding from the Admin Module:

  1. Go to Admin module > Settings > General.

  2. Enable the Remove the powered by BoldDesk branding option.

  3. Click on the Update option.
