Customizing Agent's Signature with HTML Content

To customize the signature of agent, follow the given steps:

  1. Go to Personal Settings > Signature.
  2. Locate the Code View button in the editor as shown in the following screenshot.

  1. Paste the HTML content of your signature.

  1. After pasting the signature, click the Preview button to confirm its appearance before applying the update.
