How to export agents in the agent portal?

BoldDesk offers the capability to export agents from the agent listing page. The agent page filter determines the export process. Once the export is initiated, the file will be downloaded instantly. Refer to the screenshots below.

Note:
The agents will be exported based on the current status tab. Ex: If you are in the “All” tab, all agents will be exported. If you are in the “Deactivated” tab, then deactivated agents will be exported.
