How to Reset or Change the Sequence Numbering of Tickets

In certain cases, you may need to change ticket numbering to start from a higher number or delete tickets and restart them from 1.

For such requests please create a support request by dropping us an email at support@bolddesk.com from your account owner email ID, mentioning your Tenant URL and new sequence number for ticket.

Before sending an email or contacting us, please permanently delete all your existing tickets by following the instructions in this article.
